My dad who lives in Enid is battling cancer. I live in Norman. On Monday at 5:15pm, my mom called me to tell me that the web worms in their pecan trees had been blown against the house and we're trying to get in the windows. I frantically tried calling tree removal companies. Most didn't answer (it was after 5pm). Others said it would be a week before they could get there. Then, I called Richard. Not only did he answer the phone, he was at my parents house within 15 minutes to do a visual inspection and give me a FAIR AND REASONABLE quote. He had the trees down and debris cleaned up by 9am the next morning. He also refused to take money from my mom (per my instructions) despite her insistence and, instead, agree to allow me to come pay him when I was in town next. There are still good people in this world who do good work and this is one of them!

Richard and his crew are knowledgable and thorough in total tree trimming. They did the work efficiently and to our specifications in all that was needed from light pruning, to re-shaping for the health and appearance of the trees, to total tree and stump removal. They worked with care in our landscape and around our home. They demonstrated readiness, ability and enthusiasm for the work.

Contacted Richard in regards to a 100 yr old tree in my mother -in-laws front yard split right down the middle, part towards her home the other towards the street, 30 mins later he called w/estimate, by that after noon the tree was dropped and him and his crew were done. A++++++++++++
